Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from Texas Christian University, I possess a diverse skill set encompassing Business Development Support, Sales Operations, Leadership, Management, and Culture Creation. My expertise spans various medical specialties, including Orthopedics, Plastic Reconstruction, Burn, Trauma, General, Podiatry, and regenerative medicine products.
I am deeply passionate about sales management, business development, team cultivation, and adopting a strategic approach to the sales process. I have demonstrated proficiency in leading and mentoring national sales teams, overseeing critical facets of the business such as forecasting, finance, marketing, administration, talent acquisition and onboarding, research and development, quality assurance, and sales operations. My track record showcases the establishment of enduring professional relationships with clients and team members across diverse backgrounds and levels, resulting in sustained client retention over extended periods. I am consistently inclined to devise flexible and innovative solutions for intricate challenges, and am committed to making meaningful contributions towards the mission and objectives of any prospective organization.
